Charles Swanson has over 40 years of experience with Ernst & Young (EY), including 27 years as a partner at EY, where he served numerous public and private companies. Mr. Swanson engaged in a full range of services including accounting, auditing, financial reporting, corporate governance, due diligence and M&A services.

Mr. Swanson also served as the Managing Partner of EY’s Houston Office for seven years overseeing operations and client relationships for a team of over 1,900 professionals. Prior to his Managing Partner role, he served as EY’s Energy and Chemical Industry Leader for North and South America. Mr. Swanson was a designated spokesperson for EY and frequently featured in news outlets such as CNBC, Fox Business, the Wall Street Journal and many other media outlets.

Mr. Swanson received B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Tulane University, and an M.P.S. degree in Wealth Management from Columbia University. He serves on Tulane’s Business School Council, and is a CPA licensed in five states.
